Summer classes

Classes are scheduled according to the University Term dates. The new term begins Tuesday 20th April 2010 with a full programme of at least 6 weekly classes. During the break there is only one weekly class which is at Wolfson College and open to all. Yoga mats are provided (although it is best to buy your own). Please read 'Things you should know' before coming to a class.

Tuesdays 6.15pm - wolfson college

Yoga at Wolfson College takes place in the lovely Lee Hall. You will be joining an established group of mixed abilities but beginners are always welcome. Whilst the format of each class is similar with systematic stretching, meditative awareness, vinyasa flow sequences and classic yoga postures, the focus changes each week to bring a fresh perspective to our practice. The cost is £5 drop-in. For directions and a location map click here.
