Yoga mats are provided (although it is best to buy your own). Please read 'Things you should know' before coming to a class.

Mondays 6pm - st john's college

These sessions are a one hour general class mainly aimed at beginners but are challenging enough for those with an established practice. There are 8 classes starting on Monday 18th January with the last class on Monday 8th March, these are one-hour sessions (not the usual 90 minutes) and start promptly at 6pm in the School of Pythagoras. Mondays 7.30pm - Downing college

Yoga classes at Downing College are a moveable feast! We usually find ourselves in one of three buildings but all within a stone's throw of each other in the main Downing site - ask at the Porter's Lodge. There are 8 classes starting on Monday 18th January with the last class on Monday 8th March. For directions and a location map click here.

Tuesdays 6.15pm - wolfson college

Yoga at Wolfson College takes place in the lovely Lee Hall. You will be joining an established group of mixed abilities but beginners are always welcome. Whilst the format of each class is similar with systematic stretching, meditative awareness, vinyasa flow sequences and classic yoga postures, the focus changes each week to bring a fresh perspective to our practice. Classes begin on Tuesday 12th January and continue throughout the year. For directions and a location map click here.

wednesdays 6.15pm - King's college
